Account and Data Deletion
This public form lets you request permanent deletion of your Vuelvo account and associated data, or deletion of specific data without closing the account. You can also request deletion of Google or Gmail data and SMS or bank-notification data processed by the Android Collector.
Request Form
Select the deletion type and provide the details needed to locate your account. We verify your identity or authority before taking action.
What happens after you submit a request
You do not need to keep the app installed or be able to sign in to request deletion.
Account and associated data
When you request full deletion, we delete the authentication account, profile, contact information, memberships, and personal data linked exclusively to that account after verifying the requester's identity and authority.
Google, Gmail, SMS, and bank-notification data
Google credentials are deleted when an authorized person disconnects the mailbox or deletion of that connection is approved. Gmail previews and operational metadata are deleted after a valid request or no later than their automatic 90-day expiry. You may also request early deletion of SMS, bank notifications, Android Collector data, or associated receipts, subject to identity, authority, and scope verification.
Data that may be retained
We may retain only the minimum financial evidence, security, audit, billing, or fraud-prevention records required by law or an active claim. They are kept only for the applicable legal period, and complete emails or messages are not retained when they are unnecessary.
Process: 1) submit the request; 2) we verify your identity and, when applicable, your authority over the Organization; 3) we confirm the scope; 4) we complete the deletion and notify you of the result.
Never include passwords, access codes, tokens, or complete banking information in this form.
