Use this public form to request deletion of your Vuelvo Verify account and associated payment-verification data, including SMS, bank notifications, receipts, phone registration, and related data. We verify identity and authority before acting.

What happens after you submit a request
You do not need to keep the app installed or be able to sign in to request deletion.
Account and associated data
When you request full deletion, we delete the authentication account, profile, contact information, memberships, and personal data linked exclusively to that account after verifying the requester's identity and authority.
Vuelvo Verify data
You can request deletion of raw SMS and bank-notification data, receipt images, phone registration, and associated payment-verification data. Normalized evidence or minimum security and audit records may be retained only when required for legal, reconciliation, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Data that may be retained
Raw SMS and bank-notification content is scheduled for deletion after seven days, normalized Android evidence after 180 days, and receipt images or temporary upload artifacts after processing or cancellation. Minimum security, reconciliation, or audit records may be retained only when legally necessary.
Process: 1) submit the request; 2) we verify your identity and, when applicable, your authority over the Organization; 3) we confirm the scope; 4) we complete the deletion and notify you of the result.
Never include passwords, access codes, tokens, or complete banking information in this form.
